Now this could just be absolutely crazy but I was reading over at Team Speed Kills about the theory of how to win at Vandy is to do what South Carolina and Kentucky did by going out and hiring an older coach who has already proven he could win and is simply in it for a new/final challenge.
Obviously, implying that its not a place for an up-and-coming coordinator to cut his teeth at a head coaching position (Malzahn, Smart, McElwain,etc.).
But what about an older coach who has already proven he could recruit in the difficult state of Tennessee.
Yes, I'm talking about Phil Fulmer.
It could be a HUGE stretch but part of me sees it as a major possibility.
