Aaron Douglas charged with DUI
Here is this link from the local paper. Got a text about it around 12:45 a.m., so I'm guessing it happened at midnight or maybe a little before.
Well, that didn't take long. As has been discussed, Douglas has never exactly been a role model. I suppose it only adds credibility to his rap career, but does anybody know what implications this could have on his football eligibility?
Merry Christmas to all. Don't 'nog and drive.

He will be processed.
Don’t know what that will involve exactly, but you can bet this will be addressed somehow.

Smart enough to turn down the breathalizer but not smart enough to refuse to do the field sobriety tests. WTF.
I'm wrong all the time.
My thoughts exactly
Did he also refuse the BAC test? If so, how does Tennessee law address non-compliance with requests for self-incrimination?
Lordy
I would just hate to not even be enrolled yet and already know I was about to be “processed” by Saban.
