rough crowd
but as I saw the other night on ESPN, even UNC crowds get sparse when you pile up enough losses
Torrance 4/6 Rest of Team 3/13
we aren’t playing very well overall but Torrance’s shooting keeping us in it. ESPN Announcers are correct to point out that our lack of rebounding presence is making things easy for Ole Miss adefensively.
wow Knox with 10 points in the first half on 4/5 shooting
he’s taking advantage of Ole Miss double teaming Green
Bama leads 33-31 at the half
Ole Miss closed the lead with a 3-point play and a 3-pointer (at the buzzer) in the final minute.
Brock was fantastic defensively against Warren
and the team as a whole played him well when we were in zone
and just like that it's gone
but Davis puts Bama back up 50-49 at the second media timeout. Alabama built its 8th double-digit second-half lead in 14 SEC games before allowing a huge Ole Miss run in which the got the lead back in less than 3 minutes.
i did a few games like this earlier in the season
keep it up. folks are keeping up with your efforts. promise.

75-73 Ole Miss with 8.6 left
after Warren makes the first, one remaining. Alabama timeout to set up a play.
Why does it keep happening?
How does Bama keep losing like this? Sigh.

I'm not even mildly surprised at this point
I have no emotions left from all the other losses, so it doesn’t even hurt any more
We need players if we’re going to win these type of games

All we can hope is...
We can pull in a good recruiting class. We should be able to promise players they’ll be able to compete for playing time.
Anyone think the losses of D.Jemison and A.Steele hurt us this year?

No chance for 3rd now. 5th would be much better than 4th for seeding purposes. Still, I’d much rather beat Auburn than get a better seed.
Ugh
Well I had some school-related activities I had to do during the game so I missed it. Sounds pretty bad though. I REALLY want to make the Auburn game since I haven’t been to one all season. I just hope it doesn’t end like all these others….
Thanx 07
Worked and missed the game. BUT I came home to find out I had a play by play. As Bama fans we expect to win every game and don’t want to wait on Grants Process. Hang in there brother cause this site needs you so we can one day be as pop in BBall season as Kentucky. Your previews are great, your impressions are great, and your homerism( don’t know if that’s a word, Not related to homos: now i’m really getting politically incorrect) is it doesn’t seem to effect your reporting in a negative way. You’re ereally appreciated more than you know.
"Defense"
+1...
…except for that whole ‘homos’ tangent….
