Ingram's drive

was arguably the first real Heism@n moment, but Anders’ fumble was just…damn.

Ingram's drive

didn’t make me scream so loud that I scared the kids.

Todd,

While I understand the formality needed in actually voting for all these, for prudence sake may we just automatically insert Anders and Cody 5 into the final four.
…if anyone asks you can tell them the votes were "Process"ed.

It's not what you've done but what you are doing that matters.

These 2009 season flashbacks..

It's like getting just a little taste.......

with no meal to follow.

You can't win. You can't break even. You can't get out of the game.

This will only be topped...

by the time between the April 17th appetizer and San Jose St. season opener.

Welcome to the SEC boys...

Anders forced fumble showing Texas once again what Bama’s D is all about.

oddly,

that sack is kind of unusual for the defense since the emphasis is usually contain the QB rather than get to him. but i think we touched on this at some length before though…

"I had em"

Colts remark in the locker room. As I remember, UT was leading when he went out. I know true and fair Alabama fans would wish that he had stayed in but there will always be an * , boys!

What...

Todd..You didn’t know that along with walking on water and all Colt could also tell the future? It’s never going to die with them folks. Oh well. No asterik anywhere I’ve seen but from Texas fans..and really..who cares what they want to believe?

and actually...

it was 0-0 when he went out. They scored that field goal after 1st and goal inside the 5 didn’t work out for them.

"Post of the Month"...

for January, this hanging on is making my head spin.

Is it too early to preview 9-11’s game against Joe Pa??

You must be one of the few...

…I have friends that are UT fans and they said that we whipped them fair and square, no * to them since Colt was injured in game. They called it, “part of the game,” and I’d suggest you do the same or else you’ll live your life full of venom and hate. And as a Bama fan I can tell you there are more constructive ways to display that venom.

But please, if you wish to continue to spew sour grapes, by all means seethe away.

It's not what you've done but what you are doing that matters.

by AlabamaJammer on Mar 2, 2010 7:24 AM CST up reply actions

lol - "Venom and hate"?

You take the game WAY too serious. The only time I “spew” venom and hate is when I get a zipper stuck on a brand new skirt – that is also when I “seeth”.

Nah, I think the bammys deserved to win – after Colt was injured the Horns offense was dead. You SHOULD have won – it would have been humiliating to have a freshman QB beat you – holy cow!.

Hey!

I’m not the one posting on another teams blog saying there’s some kind of asterisk to the win.

It's not what you've done but what you are doing that matters.

by AlabamaJammer on Mar 2, 2010 7:56 AM CST up reply actions

HUH?

I assume this was from some game that Texas won – in the dusty past?

What seems to be the problem – he was clearly in bounds!

Don’t you Bammys have a life? Wasn’t it checkered hat that said you have to have a little luck to win championships? For instance, line drive field goal attempts that allows a fat lineman to block them or a signature offensive player getting injured 5 plays into the game…hmmmm? Or a freshman QB giving up 5 turnovers – one for a TD – and STILL almost bringing the Horns back against an alledged “mighty” defense?

Case closed! – bammy fail!

by littlelonghorngirl on Mar 2, 2010 11:18 AM CST up reply actions

or a second being put back on a clock to win a conference championship?

as far as the “bammy fail”? screw how ugly/pretty it was or wasn’t and all the “almosts”..we won..case closed.

awww shucks...

blushing now. Seriously, this is (for me anyway) all in fun. I’m sure Texas fans are always going to believe that yall would’ve won had Colt played and I know us Bama fans will always believe we would’ve still won. 2 great programs and I hope we do it again next year.

As much as we enjoy...

watching Ingram and Richardson streaking down the sideline, there is a different kind of enjoyment watching our defense SMASH the competition.

Yes bammer, our dynamic duo are dressed out.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J.
