Apparently agents weren't allowed at Pro Day. That's a change. They were crawling all over last year.
Mount Cody, a two-time All-America nose guard, weighed in at 349 pounds at Alabama's pro day on Wednesday... Cody continues to trim down as the NFL Draft approaches.
CBS Sports: Slimmer Cody, ailing McClain work out at Alabama's pro day
Alabama CB/PR Javier Arenas didn’t take part in the school’s pro day Wednesday because of a pulled hamstring he sustained while running the 40-yard dash at the recent NFL Scouting Combine.

I had a feeling Upchurch blazed his 40... ran 4.51 - that time very well may make him some cash.
Eryk Anders says he ran 4.69
Think PJ Fitzgerald isn't an athlete? His best time was 4.66. Brandon James can vouch for his wheels, anyway.
Per Saban UA will hold workouts 3/23 and 3/30 for players like Arenas who still want to show scouts something.
"I think Kareem has helped himself out a lot with the way he has worked out and the time he ran at the combine," said Saban. "Some people may determine that by what his playing speed is, but I think when he ran a good time it helped make the decision he made a good one. If he hadn't have run a good time, it might have made it a bad one."
