LSU is officially a has been.........Leswho????
He is great who can do what he wishes; he is wise who wishes to do what he can.
I wish...
…I could jump on this bandwagon — and I hope I’m wrong — but LSU still has too much talent for me to dance on their collective grave just yet.

probably b/c he's right
there is a lot of talent already there, and they just pulled in another class just as strong as bama’s. they’re still stacked even if that talent has been misused of late.

You damn right...
… LSU has definitely struggled, and the overall talent level has slipped a bit.
That said, this bunch ain’t dead by a long shot. They are still easily one of the top ten most talented teams in the country, and in any given year the coaching staff can even do a half-ass job of development and coaching, 10+ wins is guaranteed.
Anyone who is counting these guys down for the count is just plain ignorant.

NO NO NO
LSU isn’t dead cause of lack of talent…. It’s lack of coaching. Also, not once did I ever say they were not talented… Nice Little Sat…. You always are posting this PRO-LSU garbage. I wasn’t saying you were wrong about the talent. AT ALL. And OTL were they a guaranteed 10 wins last year. HAHA. Y is everyone on their nuts…..????

Once again....
Nobody is saying they are “down for the count” just not as scary as they were at the beginnng of the 2000’s. So don’t think I said that.

Is it...
…“PRO-LSU garbage” to recognize they have a ton of talent? I have acknowledged many times on this site, and on this very thread, that their head coach is a buffoon, but I’ve also seen buffoons lead teams to victory over teams with superior coaching many times because of their superior talent. I’m not really sure where you’re coming from.

And to think
just a few years ago and Bama didn’t have anyone drafted. How the landscape has changed.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
LSU may have talent...
Which I do agree – they’ve recruited well. But I do question their coaching. It’s becoming more apparent to me (especially during their NC year a couple years ago) that they win in spite of Miles’ – not because of him.
Well, hell...
…everyone questions their coaching. Two short years ago, all but one or two of the LSU fans I knew raved about how Miles was just as good as CNS. Now, every LSU fan I’ve talked to — every single one — questions what goes on under that enormous hat, and they all begrudgingly admit that CNS is the best coach in the country…if they can get the words out without puking.
Still, as has already been mentioned, they have tons of talent, which we would be foolish to forget.
