March Madness Open Thread: Oh Yeah, That's Still Happening
ed. - Instead of doing another post, I'm just bumping this one back to the top.
Well, my brackets are almost irrevocably destroyed at this point, but I'm still on track with Kentucky vs West Virginia and Baylor vs Purdue meeting in the Elite Eight so I guess I'll have to keep watching. How are y'all's doing?

I've got...
…those same teams still, but UNI busted my bracket to bits, which I’m very happy about, since I’d rather see them slay the giant than me win no money but be able to say I picked KU to win.
But here’s what I’m not happy about: I pick up my new SI today, and it’s got these great, full page photos of three players from Alabama (one for Cornell, two for Kentucky) who don’t play for Alabama. Time for a change.

…Nored and Butler knock off Syracuse. We coulda had a sweet team in crimson this year….

Agreed.
CAG hopefully keeps these studs in state and bringing another elite 8 + run to the school. That was fun in PHX a few years back. Ya, I was there.

Am I really...
…the only one here watching Xavier and KSU? This has been one of the best games yet…now tied at 91 in 2OT….

Ya, went down to a sports bar to watch all the games at the same time last night.
The place was screaming when Butler stepped up, and we were wild each time Xavier pushed an extra frame.

What a great game.
Even though I lost my champ (Kansas), I can still nail 7 of the elite 8 if Baylor, Duke, and OSU all take care of business tomorrow night.
I was watching but not by a computer
My bracket was good after round one (26 of 32) but took a big hit in round two (only 6 of 16). I’m now 1 of 4 in the third round but I have 3 possible winners tomorrow. I only have two Final Fours left, WV and Duke, but I do have Duke going all the way. The Dookies taking home the crown is the only way this bracket will be considered a success.
it's hard to understand
how anyone can watch this tournament and not become a hoops fan. in it’s totality, i have enjoyed it more than any other in recent memory.

Tennessee wins...
On a block, stopping the game-winning (or -tying, at least) shot. Now that’s karma.

lol.... only if they go all the way...
…otherwise it’s a sad reminder of their moral victory.

HaAhahahahahah. Yesssssssssss
Actually, look at my post in yahoo...
…it comes down to one thing to separate us; today’s Duke/Baylor game. Bears are going down!
