Wow
Nice picture there, and what a great feat he’s trying to accoplish. I’m heading to his website to see if there’s any good shirts before I just decide to buy one to help him.
Roll Tide!
It's not what you've done but what you are doing that matters.
Maybe I should brush up on reading comprehension...

I showed this to the girlie today
and she said “I guess this answers the question of whether everyone in Alabama is as obsessive as you”

Due to scheduling conflicts
the team will not attempt to scale Mount Cody.

I'll give the kid credit
he thinks big. The sad thing is that climbing some of these mountains is now so expensive you almost have to be independently wealthy. I’d be surprised if you could really climb Everest for $25,000 when you consider other things like travel expenses, health insurance for the 6 months, extra gear, food etc.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
Such a downer...

have to be independently wealthy.
I used to party with Hillery when were at school. His dad is a prominent businessman in NOLA. It does take money to do these things, but that doesn’t diminish the physical and mental aspects of it at all. He was at the gym more than any of us back then, and still had his fun. Dude’s a nice guy and he’s livin the dream. An 25k for Everest? Shit, get real, travel + a good guide (much importante) + equipment = 60k+

I said I'd be surprised
if you could climb Everest for 25k.
And, I agree the cost does not diminsh the accomplishment. Anyone trying this has to be in unreal condition and have tremendous mental and emotional capabilities.
