"He's good," Raiders defensive end Jay Richardson said. "He's been tossed right into the flames, but you know what? He's got good instincts. The kid's physical, too. All he has to do is learn to speak up a little bit in the huddle, and he's going to be fine. A little louder. Other than that, I like how he's playing."
It looks like Rolando's first few days in the Silver & Black have gone rather well. And there seems to be a reason for that. According to this Associated Press story, Ro called up the Raider's main office and asked them to send him the playbook and game tape to get started working on his new role. As a result, they pugged him into the defense on day one of the rookie mini camp.

Is this shocking news?
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
Isn't that what Saban said about him freshman year?
No worries Raiders fans…you have a superstar on your hands if you develop him right.

No worries . . . if you develop him right.
Does not compute.
I'm wrong all the time.

It's the Raiders...
…so far everything from this off-season “does not compute” for them.
It's not what you've done but what you are doing that matters.
