Texas to the SEC ?
BON has a great article up about the possibilities of Texas and others moving from the Big 12 to either the Big 10 or PAC 10 or SEC and ifs ands or whys they could or should move to either. It has links to the facts of acedemics, financial, SEC Slive quotes. Very in depth and Very informative on the possibilities of expansion. It's very long but as good of a read as I've seen on the subject.
I'm not a big SEC expansion of the SEC fan but it may be inevitable. I think it was Deaux that came here and dis'd our acedimcs but this post pretty much put his beliefs in perspective.
Kinda wanted to see what ya'll thought about the article.

It is a good article.
And I’ve been saying that Texas would fit ok in the SEC from both a sports and academic point of view. I do like the idea of adding OU & Okie State with Texas and A&M rather than trying Clemson & FSU.
I hate the NCAA more than UT & AU combined. At least with UT & AU you got a fighting chance.
The guy who was here last week...
… talking smack has since been banned. The writer of this article is a different person, I believe.

without a doubt, different person
Hopkins horn wrote the article but I think he called himself Deaux68 last week and really talked bad about our acedemics but Hopkins really cleared that up for me with facts since I honestly didn’t know any better, which is the main reason I posted about this article.
By the way, OTS and todd, I know ya’ll have had a full plate lately but Kleph has been doing a great job fillin in and 5026 has also done a good job with fanposts to keep our RBR addictions satisfied. Thanks to all!
