2010 as told by NCAA Football 11
I've been playing NCAA Football 11 very irregularly for the past couple of weeks so I finally finished the 2010 season in my first dynasty season yesterday and, as always, was very intrigued by the results of the season. I was not playing as Alabama, but the Tide still managed to run the table and beat a similarly undefeated Florida State team for the national title. Thankfully ALSO undefeated Rutgers(!) lost in their bowl game to avoid an Auburn 2004 situation. Some very interesting things came up over the course of the season and I'm interested to read about what has happened for other players.
- Alabama went 14-0, beating Florida in the SEC Championship Game and Florida State in the BCS Title game.
- It was a down year for the SEC overall, with only three teams (Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee) finishing in the final Top 25.
- Greg McElroy threw for over 3,700 yards and 30 TDs.
- Julio Jones was injured early, leading to 900+ yard seasons for Darius Hanks and Marquis Maze.
- Mark Ingram suffered a season-ending injury very early on, leading to...
- Trent Richardson rushing for more than 1,600 yards and becoming the fourth consecutive sophomore to win the Heisman trophy.

Thats odd...
Florida is in the SECCG, but yet TN and GA finish ahead of them in the polls….musta lost the bowl and at least 1 west game
Yeah, I didn't notice much other than that they were 9-3 going into the SECCG.
There were a lot of 10+ win teams in my season. I think there were only four 9-win teams in the final Top 25.
ingram gets hurt all the time
when i play online pick up games. and TR usually does a fantastic job filling in, but there’s a huge drop off when you put Lacy in though….

I've had trouble
with injuries, too. Example….Ingram plays 3 series, then out for season…restarted the game to see if it was like NCAA 10, where it seemed that “random” events, such as injuries/fumbles, would come in bunches. In the restart above, not only did he get hurt again, but had 4 fumbles…lol…..the team I was playing had 4 injuries and several fumbles as well…so, it seems a bit more prevalent than usual.

the above was
a Dynasty on Heisman, no slider tweaking, and subs set at 85/65

when you got TR and MI
you need to change them RB auto sub sliders. i do it for the WR’s too but not as much. i keep the RB’s at 85/95. one drops below 85% fatigue, a fresh one comes in. no need to have your RB showing up in yellow when you have a 93 overall rated backup ready to tear some @ss.
