Just a quick question. My grandfather went to University of Alabama and was a huge Bama fan. He use to wear a "Bear Bryant" hat all the time. When he died years ago, it was passed down to me. It is really what I remember most about the man. Anyway, the hat maker emblem inside is long gone...but there is a signature on the inner rim. "Paul Bear Bryant". It is not a real signature by any means but I can't find a Bear sponsored hat out there and no information on it. Does anyone out there know if the Bear ever had his own "line" of hats? No, this isn't a Nike reproduction or a major branded hat. It is black and white houndstooth...with small crimson and black feather in the outer rim. Really is a special item to me and I hope someone has some more information on it. Thanks!
