"In My Own Words: Nick Saban" Airing Tonight
Want some more behind-the-scenes 'Bama programming before the start of football season? This may be your final chance.
I got an e-mail yesterday afternoon from the media relations coordinator at Fox Sports South, letting me know that a 30-minute special on Coach Saban will be airing tonight. It's entitled "In My Own Words: Nick Saban," and it was filmed the Friday before the start of Fall practice this season, with Coach Saban reflecting on the national championship season of 2009, among other things. If you're interested in checking it out, it is currently slated to air at 10:00 PM Central Time on Fox Sports South tonight.

Any possibility of
finding this somewhere online since I obviously don’t have access to Fox Sports South?

I suppose...
… their media coordinator said it’s new, so we’ll see.

Can someone please tell Comcast
that Virginia is in the South! They give us all the Fox stations but Fox Sports South!

they don't seem mad
just expressing the fact that they do not want to see it, which is perfectly understandable to me. I wouldn’t want to see a Phil Fulmer or Lane Kiffin movie. Actually, scratch that. A Lane Kiffin movie would be awesome, but it has to be a comedy.

Going to be downright pleasant viewing compared to what they’re going to see come late October.

This sucks
I live in Alabama and my FSS affiliate didn’t show the episode, and instead showed some program about a Braves pitcher and his home on the lake. I’m a little peeved now. Especially since the guide said that the Saban program was coming on. What a punch in the face.
Braves pitcher and his home on the lake.
hmmm…. AHA! I bet they put Nick Saban’s name on the guide trying to lure him into watching, then they aired this show about how great this pitcher’s lake house is and how much he loves spending time at the lake. OMG, FSS IS TRYING TO GET SABAN TO RETIRE!!!!!!!!11
Makes perfect sense. They’re sick of ESPN and their SEC deal, and so they’re trying to bring us down!!
…hey, what are those helicopter noises?
LOL
Thank you for a good laugh, I needed that. Although if this was posted on RCR, you would hear about an agenda to subliminally convince all people that they needed to buy lake houses, which could only have come from Saban himself. Evil overlord of real estate!!
Everyone knows that if it wasn't for Nick Saban,
everyone in Mississippi would already have their own lake house. He’s da debil!
That sounds like
typical Fox network bait-and-switch.
