Go ahead and mark your calendars. Per RollTide.com:
The University of Alabama will hold its annual A-Day Spring Football Game on Saturday, April 16, at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Admission will be free to the public and kickoff is tentatively set for 2 p.m. Further details on television coverage and events surrounding A-Day will be released at a later date.
This game was televised nationally by ESPN the past two years, and while no official announcement has been made to that effect just yet, I imagine it will probably be televised again this year. Even so, though, the game drew 91,000 people a year ago, and with the much-anticipated A.J. McCarron v. Phillip Sims quarterback battle destined to be the focal point of attention this spring, as long as the weather is tolerable I imagine we'll see another very big turnout this season.
