University of Alabama assistant Sal Sunseri interviewed for the head football coaching vacancy at Pittsburgh on Wednesday, The Tuscaloosa News has learned.
Sunseri, a Pitt graduate, met with athletic department officials from the school according to sources familiar with the situation. It is not known if he was offered the job.
Pitt is also interested in Penn State offensive coordinator Tom Bradley, according to reports by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. A source said Bradley also met with Pitt officials Wednesday.
