Iron Bowl at JHS: Where should a Bama fan try to sit?
I am hoping to secure tickets to the Iron Bowl. I have never been to a game at Jordan Hare Stadium and have no clue where in the stadium they put visitors. I would greatly appreciate any advice from you all you have been there before and know the best places to sit so as to not be surrounded by Barners. Thanks.

Can’t stand that place since it went corporate…

Still better than JH though
Took my dad there two years ago and they run out of hot dogs before halftime

I've not actually been to either...
in more years than I’d care to admit. Just trying to support our resident barkeep.
Hopefully by halftime
You can sit where you want.

Wear shoes you don't mind throwing away after the game.

Sat in the AU student section for the Iron Bowl once...
wouldn’t recommend it. They weren’t very nice.

Ditto that.

Student section...
wasnt bad in ’09. Maybe because they thought they had a chance and by the time they realized it they were in shock. With the beatdown theyll be recieving the seat wont matter.
Only been once
the first year we won there. (Told you Bama has never lost a game I attended.)
Sit right in an API section, and make sure you fire up a cigar in the stadium after the ass whipping, or some other way to rub their noses in it like a dog that pissed on the carpet.

Lighting up at the game will get you kicked out now...I know from experience.

That's why
it’s good to be superstitious like me and never light up until its over. Then, you want to get kicked out of that ratty haybarn.

Wait till the 3rd quarter...
and there will be plenty of choices.

To actually answer your question
I believe that the away section is in the Northeast corner if the stadium. That’s where it was when I went in 09
I was there in 07 and 09, but I really couldn't tell you which direction was north or south.
God bless our Dark Lord.
North is up.

I don't even go to that town
let alone their sad excuse for a stadium
People who live in glass houses should not hang out with Charles Barkley.
My wife and I have tickets...
for this year’s Iron Bowl. Her brother goes to school there, and secured us student tickets for real cheap. No worries, her brother is one of the few Alabama fans on campus in Auburn – UA doesn’t have his major and Auburn did.
I’m expecting to be yelled at, but hopefully the Tide will take care of that during the game.

Ungood.

I assumed he meant his brother-in-law
is studying bestiality or grass science. The only two schools I know that teach those disciplines are State and auburn.

A valid point.
My apologies.

That's what we told him...
He’s in agronomy – dirt science. But he had some friends at Auburn, so that’s why he chose there.
He assures me that he has something Alabama on everyday at school. When the Auburn movie theater showed Gamechanger, he was literally the only person in the theater.

The Iron Bowl
is at a Junior High School this year? I knew the Barn might have accreditation problems, but…
