Can someone explain to me who claimed the stadium name first?

I see where Clemson really reps it,as well as the Corndogs,especially at night.I don't know,but image's of Death Valley to me are of a barren wasteland spread out with nothing of substance.I guess that could apply to both institutions.Of course ''Dabo''has a better ring to it than ''Leslie'',unless she's a hot chick.Of course most chicks name Leslie are hot.Generalizations ring true this week.
