Will Lowery backup?

Curious to who will be starting in Lowery's position? Plus any updates on the injuries of Chapman, Hanks, Maze or any of the many others we have nicked up? I feel Bama can still be able to beat the booger eaters without some of these guys but in the case we end up playing in the SEC championship game against UGA the next week can we be healthy enough. I would like to have another SEC championship but maybe we need that extra time to heal up and be ready for the NC game. Thoughts

Saban said there were two options to replace Lowery, either Sunseri comes in or Barron moves into the spot and someone else plays Barron’s spot

He said Chapman, Hanks, Williams, and Jones would all practice today. No mention of Maze so he must be good to go.

I think its great

that Barron finally gets a chance to prove himself as Lowery’ backup

Might even

My guess would be that you might even see a guy like John Fulton come in and play corner, while Menzie moves over to Safety.

Gets a better cover lineup plus a little bigger physical presence with menzie at Safety.

"You can't replace a guy like Gerry Bertier"

but fortunately you can replace a guy like Will Lowery.

No disrespect to Will but his value came more from his brain than his athletic skills. Against AU we will probably stop the run first so Will would not have been on the field too much.

Then we have 6 weeks to get ready for the next game and we can coach someone up in that time. I look for Ha-Ha.

By the way, I think Lowery should have one more year of eligibility and I hope he comes back next year because we will lose a lot in the secondary.

If Auburn was in New Mexico and we never played them I would still hate them and their dumb coach and their cheating players.

Lowery is a Jr.

so is Lester. Both should be back.
