With the start of spring practice and the inevitable quarterback battle just a few weeks away, we wanted to conduct a poll of the RBR readership to see who they feel should be the starting quarterback in 2011. It's pretty simple and straightforward, choose which of the following options 'Bama should take in 2011: A.J. McCarron, Phillip Sims, or should both players see significant playing time in meaningful situations (i.e. a true two quarterback system).
Poll
Who should be the starting quarterback in 2011?
A.J. McCarron (664 votes)
Phillip Sims (329 votes)
Give both players significant playing time in meaningful situations (595 votes)
