Now that NSD has come and gone with only a little drama left out there. I thought a good way to relax and give people an excuse to come to the mother land would be to post about our upcoming Lebowski party ( it was the Tuscaloosa Lebowski fest but that is trade marked and the dudes that own it were very cool about it and asked us to change it). The name of the event is "Tuscaloosa Abides: A Celebration of All Things Lebowski" it's at the Bama Theater in downtown Tuscaloosa on Friday Feb 11th. The doors open at 7pm for a listening of the soundtrack, cheap white russians, Wii bowling and registration for the costume contest. The contest will be run by the Pink Box Burlesque Troupe's leader Mamma Dixie and a few of the Troupe's ladies will be there helping. If the amount of time spent around here quoting  Lebowski is any indication I thought peole might wanna come. For ticket information and other delights click here
