I know there is not much chance of Coach Saban or Mal Moore picking up the phone and asking my opinion on scheduling but I am weary of these non-conference cupcakes like North Texas. I realize that this is the way things are with college football these days (a tough conference schedule, one hard non-conference game & 3 cupcakes), I just wish the opponents had a little more intrigue.

My question to you, the Tide fans: what non-conference cupcake would you like to see?

I will start it off. How about Army? They have a great tradition and how cool would a possible return trip in Giants Stadium or Yankee Stadium be?
