Trent Richardson Victim of a Hit-and-Run

Nothing to report beyond the most basic of details so far, so we'll assume there were no injuries and all fall to our faces in thanks to the Football Gods:

The Tuscaloosa Police Department responded to a leaving the scene of an accident/mencing call at 1:30 Thursday morning in the 2300 block of 4th Street. A citation was issued for the leaving the scene of an accident, however Richardson declined prosecution on the menacing charge.

When more news becomes available we'll fill in some more details, but 'til then we'll laugh long and hard about Richardson declining to press charges on the "menacing" and wonder if "hit-and-run" is really a crime when it comes to Trent Richardson. I mean, if I hit him I know I'd run as fast and far away as possible.  That's just plain old self defense, lawya.
