Andre Smith is looking svelte at training camp this year. I guess Mr. T has been training him in the off season.

I hear Terrence Cody looks great as well.
And since they got rid of there NG he is expected to step-up and be the man this year.
Based on your post I went over to the Ravens site and watched an interview he gave
He looks to be in the best shape I can recall him being in. Good for Terrence.
Cody has a few now too.
He has one on the back of each hand/arm. I didn’t ask or try to see if he had anymore when I saw him in April.

Despite the picture being of the wrong person
Andre IS down to 333 now, so if you took out the Mr. T reference, I think this post may have some degree of accidental merit.
Apparently he has worked hard this offseason to trim the weight and get stronger. He is lean enough that the bengals o-line coach referred to him as “lightning quick” yesterday in drills.
