McElroy scores his first career NFL touchdown
I was watching some NFL preseason Monday Night Football tonight and was pleased to see Greg McElroy come in for the Jets. If anybody else wants to tune in, the game is on ESPN right now. Thus far he has thrown 14/20 for 126 yards and just threw his first NFL touchdown.
*Update: McElroy went 23/39 for 208 yards and had a receiver drop a well-thrown pass in the endzone that would have won the game for the Jets. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good showing for him.

Yeah I am watching it.
GMas has not looked that bad. I’m guessing the Jets would be pleased.
If Auburn was in New Mexico and we never played them I would still hate them and their dumb coach and their cheating players.
He should have had his 2nd tonight too.
Me: You just like that I have the body of a god
Her: ....This is good fried rice.
I feel a bit bad for him
He threw a beautiful pass that would have been for the game-winning touchdown and the receiver dropped it. And I’m not sure what he was thinking on that last play, but as a Texans fan (even in preseason), I can’t complain. Best of both worlds… overall, McElroy had a good showing and my team won. =)
He's getting some props on Sports Center, too.
He had a solid game tonight.
