Time for LSU to go into Starkville and arrest victory (Les Miles' words, not mine).

Mississippi State will try to rebound quickly from a disappointing performance last weekend against Auburn, and in the meantime Dan Mullen will try to improve on his 0-9 record against SEC West teams not named Ole Miss. On the other hand, the Bayou Bengals come into this game fresh off disemboweling the backwoods school responsible for turning Ed Orgeron loose on the world, and clearly they have their sights set on reaching destinations far beyond the dim lights of Starkville. LSU figures to be the clear favorite, though as always the obvious Les Miles caveat applies.
