As an LSU fan,i dont say this easily but here goes.

Now, LSU may have a better resume than Alabama but personally i think the arkansas victory for bama is more convincing than either of LSU's big victories (Oregon, West Virginia).

Not to mention with LSU's bad showing on defense last night its clear that bama is the best defense in the nation. LSU is not far behind as a lot of LSU's problems on defense last night can be easily corrected (its called press coverage John Chavis) but still, arkansas probably has the best WR group in the nation and they were a non-factor.

I would give a slight edge to Jarrett Lee over Aj but its very slight. Bama has better running backs as well.

Lets give my opinion on a unit-by-unit rundown of both teams.

QB= LSU slightly

RB= Alabama

WR= Even

OL= Even

DL= LSU slightly, even with the bad game last night.

LB= Alabama and its not even remotely close.

CB= Even. Tyrann Mathieu is the most productive defensive player in the nation but Dre K is the best cover corner in the nation in my opinion.

Coaching= Alabama

Special teams= Even

More or less, the game in T-town this year is the pro bono national championship as im convinced that both Alabama and LSU will clean Oklahoma's clock.

Obviously you guys believe that your team is the best in the nation and right now i agree though the polls might not turn out that way.
