Mitchell and Releford both had awful halves
Given that, the fact that we’re only down 6 is somewhat encouraging I suppose. Been extremely impressed with MSU’s physicality inside. They’re giving us nothing easy in the paint. Lacey, Randolph, and Releford ahve all had multiple drives each that looked like sure buckets but then were either blocked or had their shots altered by some great defensive play on the part of MSU.

We’re lucky that the case because J. Steele, Bost, and Hood are all good shooters who got some good looks. We just have to finish our baskets in the paint.

You can score two, get a steal or put them at the line. One thing you can’t let them do is throw a fullcourt pass, score a layup and foul.

We still have State at home, plus our RPI is still really good.

You are going to lose some in Bball
you just hate to lose one that you could have won. We could have won that game. The bottom line is that at some point we are going to have to become an offensive team as well as a defensive team. All of these shooters we signed are going to have to start shooting.
Vandy is huge. Can not let that one get away at home. Plus Thursday night really hurts your Sat. prospects and we have UK there next Sat. noon. So, this time next week we are likely 3-2, but 3-2 is ok at this point. 2-3 would be bad, very bad.
If Auburn was in New Mexico and we never played them I would still hate them and their dumb coach and their cheating players.
