but in all honestly, the can’t afford to take a coach with any tie to PSU, and that jobs is about as attractive as working at Cherynoble was 3 months after the accident.

ehhh, no, not really....
…..but I’ve done tons of research about both, Belmont and UA. The reason why Belmont might be the place, is because my brother lives up there and my parents are kinda strict about where they want me to go.
To let you know, I can’t go to G-Tech, UAB, any school in Memphis or St. Louis.
So personally, since I don’t have much of a list, these are my schools in order: UA, Belmont, Vanderbilt, Mizzou, Wake and Clemson/Iowa.

Well, I've been to Belmont a cpl times, been to 2 bball games and love the mid-major play.
Nashville, so far, has been one of my fave’s so far, I’ll be up there next weekend, (suppose to go this weekend, but talked my parents out of it, so my brother is gonna miss class on Thursday) but you know, game on Monday and such.

as a life long Tiger fan (Clemson , Not LSU ) , we always felt a kin too Alabama . Lot of historical ties between the two schools , and football programs . The philosophy that Bear instilled at Bama is still alive and well , and hopefully Clemson will oneday take note of how important being tough is .

My biggest fear
the BCS opens the door for plus1, which will open the door for 4-team playoff, then 8-team, etc. I not opposed in principle to a plus1/playoff but I think how differently future fans will experience college football.
there is a very good reason everyone outside of the ACC
turned away a plus one 3 years ago. They all know the truth, if the illusion is shattered, who knows what happens. If we go 5 years with a plus one, I promise you is plenty of buyer’s remorse from everyone but us.
