Looks like Duron Carter will finally be eligible to play, albeit a season later than expected. According to his dad: "The process he's going through with Nick Saban at Alabama is fantastic," Carter said during a press conference before the luncheon. "Right now he's just a little incognito, but ... they have big plans for Duron." "We had one class we couldn't get him finished up graduating before they enrolled in school," he said. "So his graduation came two days late; that prevented him from playing this season." The wide receiver corps will be virtually faceless next season with the graduation of Marquis Maze and Darius Hanks, and if Carter can live up to the hype that surrounded his recruitment and true freshman season with Ohio State he has a very real chance of emerging as the top receiver going into 2012. Hope for the best.
