The first half was good enough and 'Bama takes a 9-0 lead to the locker room. The defense has been outstanding, A.J. McCarron has been surprisingly good, and Trent Richardson hasn't played the role most thought he would as 'Bama continues to struggle running the football between the tackles against Michael Brockers and company. Kevin Norwood has been the biggest surprise of all after Marquis Maze went out with a hamstring injury.
No one will complain with a 9-0 lead, of course, but even so the feeling is palpable that 'Bama is going to have to get in the end zone at some point in the second half to hoist the crystal ball at the end. Our defense has been incredible, but surely LSU has to break through at some point. We need touchdowns, not just field goals.
Either way, boys, we're thirty minutes away and this game is moving at a lightning fast speed. Chime in here with all of your thoughts and comments on the second half.
