College football has lost another great one. Although Texas earned my eternal loathing after coming across some of their "fans" in LA a few years back, I always had a great deal of respect for Coach Royal and all he meant to the game. And, oh yeah, he had a little something to do with Coach Bryant adopting the wishbone that led to a decade of dominance.
