Many years ago my wife was a photographer for the Alabama yearbook. She said the only two places she felt physically threatened were at LSU and Tennessee. After hearing about the great "atmosphere" in Death Valley ad nauseam for the last week, it sounds like a PC whitewashing of a bunch of drunken, entitled students who surrender a portion of whatever scruples they have to the mob singing stuff like this:
