While Alabama has won FIVE Gymnastics Championships (including 2011), the 1996 Team could very well make a case for being the best team Coach Patterson ever put on the floor. The '96 Team included All Americans across the line-up and set a record high score not just for the year, but any year. Slamming the door on Utah, UCLA, Michigan and Suzanne Yoculan and the Georgia Gym Dogs. We also won in 1988, 1991, and 2002, all amazing talented teams too!!! oh yeah, the best part is it all went down in T-Town!
