Alabama "Frozen Tide" hockey team heads to national club championship

For the first time in its seven-year history, The University of Alabama ice hockey team has secured a spot in the national championship tournament of the American Collegiate Hockey Association. Alabama's club hockey team competes in the Division III of the ACHA along with 10 other SEC schools and after defeating Richmond in the South Regionals over the weekend, the "Frozen Tide" will head to Atlantic City, N.J. next month to compete for its first national title.
