2009 Alabama Crimson Tide Running Plays I was actually just looking for a clip of Roy Upchurch destroying that poor Virginia Tech DB for a touchdown, and came across this. Ignore the obligatory crunk soundtrack and just enjoy some of the best power running (and Cody blocking!) we've seen in a long time.
