You know what this FRIDAY needs? Some Bama Gymnastics. Not even Bear Bryant can touch Sarah Patterson's triple digit win streak against the Auburn Tigers. The Barner's last victory over the Tumblin' Tide was in 1979, Sarah (then) Campbell's first year at the Capstone. Oddly enough, before then Auburn had a 7+ winning streak on Bama from '75-'79. Throughout the years Auburn has come close, coming within the narrowest of margins at times but Alabama has always come out on top. Most of the close competitions come away in Auburn and last year was no exception. Had Ashley Priess fallen of the beam on the last routine, AU would have had their historic victory. This year we will play Auburn at home in Coleman Coliseum.... where it's never been close.
