Read into this what you will since our depth chart is never set in stone, but there are a couple of notes to be made: - Kelly Johnson, a walk on that's played linebacker and special teams, is the starting H-Back while Jalston Fowler isn't even listed. - Xzavier Dickson and Denzel Devall are listed at Jack linebacker while Adrian Hubbard is at Sam. I have to imagine we feel pretty good about Dickson at Jack to want to have both of them on the field in the base defense. - Nico Johnson, CJ Mosley, and Trey Depriest are going to rotate in the middle depending on the situation, so consider all three starters. Hopefully Tana Patrick will finally be able to contribute there as well. - True freshman Geno Smith is already listed as Deion Belue's backup at corner. Likewise, Landon Collins is the backup to Vinnie Sunseri OR HaHa Clinton-Dix. Both were highly touted and look like they can play right away.
