Was going through my normal routine yesterday as if everyday was game day. Then it hit me, I have a rather extensive Game day ritual. I was wondering if I was the only superstitious Bama fan or if there were others as strange as me. At 1000 am Saturday morning, my wife has to blow up our Big Al Mascot (last time she failed to do it was Nov 5 2011. Then I have to get 3 pictures of my wife and girls with Al. Have to then hang my Game Day flag, re-position my 3 foot Elephant at the edge of the drive way. Put on Game day shirt (had this shirt for 14 years now and wife wants it retired. Not going to happen) Have Burgers prepared 30 minutes before kick off. Have to sit on the same spot on the right corner of the couch. Then, and only then am I ready for the game to start.
