Here is something to hold you over til the big game.

Alabama is looking to add more defensive line help and at least one more o-lineman. The Tide has 21 commitments not counting two amazing walk-ons in Jai Miller and Luke Del Rio. There is not much room left but here IMHO are the probable targets.

Robert Nkemdiche DE Loganville, GA/Grayson High School 6'5'' 265 - Alabama is still in the running but mom is pushing him towards Ole Miss to be with his brother. LSU is in the mix too. Clemson is not looking like his landing spot and Dabo may get stuck with his posse. IMHO: Alabama

Montravius Adams DT Vienna, GA/Dooly County High School 6'3'' 281 - Elite DT will visit Alabama, Jan. 18 but it's a wide open race for his signature. IMHO: UGA

Matthew Thomas OLB Miami, FL/Booker T. Washington High School 6'3'' 205 - Outstanding LB to visit Alabama on Jan. 11. IMHO: Hometown Miami. Whatevs!

Antonio (Tony) Conner S Batesville, MS/South Panola High School 6'2'' 200 - Alabama really likes this kid but in-state Ole Miss is in the lead. IMHO: Ole Miss.

Reuben Foster ILB Auburn, AL/Auburn High School 6'2'' 242 - He is a great talent but it's a mystery where he will end up, even to him. Bama has a shot. IMHO: ? (Might sign after NSD)

Alvin Kamara RB Norcross, GA/Norcross High School 5'10'' 192 - Even with Derrick Henry's commitment, Alabama is still neck-and-neck with UGA for his signature. IMHO: too close to call.

Vonn Bell S Rossville, GA/Ridgeland High School 6'0'' 190 - A tight race between Bama, Ohio State and Tennessee. IMHO: Alabama

Dee Liner DT Muscle Shoals, AL/Muscle Shoals HS 6'2" 277 - Auburn soft commit unsure about the new regime. IMHO: Auburn

Laremy Tunsil OT Lake City, FL/Columbia HS 6'6'' 295 - elite O-lineman everyone is after. Visiting Jan. 11. Will decide on NSD. IMHO: UGA.

Austin Golson OT Prattville, AL 6'6'' 285 - 4-star FSU soft commit, possible flip if Alabama cannot get Tunsil. IMHO: Alabama.

Eddie Vanderdoes, DT Placer, CA 6'3'' 300 - recently de-committed from USC. It might be tough to lure him to Tuscaloosa. IMHO: ugh, Notre Dame

Josh McNeil TE Durham, NC/Milford Academy 6'5'' 226 - de-committed from Bama for LSU which was news to them. Likely academic casualty. IMHO: Juco

Zach Cunningham OLB Pinson, AL/Pinson Valley 6'4'' 196 - has offers from many other major programs. Bama has extended him a grayshirt offer. It's a gamble on his part but with the regularity of post-NSD attrition these days (Phillip Sims, Travell Dixon), he could pick up a scholly for the fall à la Harrison Jones. IMHO: Vanderbilt.

Wild Cards: there is a slight possibility that 4-star DT Henry Poggi (6-4 260) could flip from Michigan.
