Bama film wins big Hollywood award

THREE DAYS AT FOSTER, my documentary film about the pioneer athletes who shattered the color barrier at the University of Alabama, including Wilbur Jackson, won the second place award in the documentary category at this week's All Sports Los Angeles Film Festival.

Thanks to all the folks here who have been supportive of the film, which is now available on DVD and moving up the bestsellers' list on Amazon.

This is a very different story than the new Showtime doc so I hope those interested in the history of the Bama program will check it out.
