Who: Alabama Frozen Tide 11-7-2, #5 in ACHA Southern Division) v. Auburn (1-15-1).
On paper this is an absolute mismatch. Since Auburn restarted their program, Alabama has never lost to the Tigers, and enters this weekend's matchup 8-0 all-time. This weekend may not be more competitive, as Auburn enters having surrendered a ridiculous 102 goals in fewer than 20 games, while scoring just 36 of their own. Alabama, a few more years into the rebuild, has been considerably more successful, tallying wins over Michigan-Flint (#5 North), South Florida (#13 South) and Georgia Tech (#10 South) among others. While continuing an sweep would be nice, safe to say that even if Auburn takes one game, the Frozen Tide should prevail in this weekend's series
Roll Tide, and have fun in Pelham. Beating Auburn in anything never gets old.
