Just heard on the radio, new rule change for HUNH offenses in college football is going to be voted on

The new rule is centered on player safety. It will call for opposing offenses to wait 10 seconds, after the ball is set for play, before it can be snapped. This will give the defense plenty of time to substitute as needed, on every down, in order to avoid injuries. They also gave the reactions of Hugh Freeze and Rich Rod. Obviously they were pretty butt hurt about the news. Anyways, it made my day. Just curious if anyone else has heard of this new "possible" rule change for next year. I'll give CNS the credit for this if it happens. RT!
