Here's the thing.
I don't have an iPod. Indeed, most of my music is on LP. I do, however have a wonderful Sansui XP-99 turntable.

So, what's been on the platter of late?

Vic Chesnutt - Is the Actor Happy?
Husker Du - Flip Your Wig
Superchunk - Indoor Living
R.E.M. - Reckoning
McCoy Tyner - Inception (the jazz reissues that Impulse is releasing on 180 gram vinyl are bee-u-tiful)
Verbena - Souls For Sale

ARRRGGGHH!!!! HUSKER DU!!!!!
The mere mention of Husker Du inspires bitter, seething hatred.  And I don't really know why.  I don't particularly care for their music, but I don't have anything against it (or them personally).  But any mention of Husker Du and the first thought that pops into my head is "I F*#$!@* HATE HUSKER DU!"  Maybe I should see someone about this?
