Girl Fight #11: Elisha Cuthbert vs Brittany Snow

The gang over at the rachelmcadams.org message board pushed their girl over the top in a stunning come from behind rally yesterday. I see I'm going to have my hands full getting enough votes for Brittany Snow (or possibly Minka Kelly) since it looks like they'll be flexing enough ballot stuffing muscle to propel McAdams into the championship game. And speaking of Brittany Snow, today she takes on the suddenly less than sweethearty Elisha Cuthbert:

I actually would not have minded Cuthbert winning it all. She had that same blend of cute and sexy that made the McPhee so irresistable, but the recent "making out with Paris Hilton" flap has really taken her down a peg. Not so much the "making out with Paris Hilton" part, since my own shameful desire to do dirty, dirty things to Paris is well documented, but mostly because of the pictures:

Cuthbert just looks rough in those, and even a little mannish, which is not sweethearty at all. But you know what is? This:

Hey we need a revote. I thought this was a Bama Blog. I love your site and am a devoted fan. So how is it that your ballots cant be decided by us. I mean its pretty easy to tell there was outside influence. Look at the vote count. Also early on before the non bama voters got wind of the two up for vote. The darling Biel was way ahead. Come on man do something for your loyal followers.

It's an open vote...

...anyone can come in and vote once. The poll logs the ip adress of the vote so that the same computer can't just keep voting over and over, but that doesn't stop someone from registering a bunch of accounts and voting multiple times that way. There were definitely shenanigans going on with the McAdams vote, but there really isn't a fix for it other than deleting a bunch of "suspicious" new users, but that doesn't erase their vote in the poll. Any ideas?

With this kind of voting no one else stands a chance. Mind as well give it to Mcadams. Wish I had been smart enough to get on the Jessica Biel fansites and given them a heads up. Shucks. Oh well I am sure you cant help this. Still love this site.

Geez, this is a game people. It's called strategy, I being a Rachel McAdams fan, think it is hilarious that you guys are getting so serious about this. Do we win anything in the end by the way? Because if we don't, then why are you all getting so stressed about it? Lighten up, eh?

In their defense...

...should McAdams win, y'all get to have fond memories of the time you got her elected the "sweetheart" of a blog most of you will probably never read/visit again, while they get stuck with a "sweetheart" that none of the regular readers or writers of the site particularly wanted.
