Actually, Todd, that is the helmet sticker off of Rashad Johnson's helmet, not Lionel Mitchell's.

If you notice, Johnson is 49, but the only number showing up is 4 on the helmet, and the 9 has been knocked off. The "6" that you see floating mid-air is in actuality Johnson's "9" just upside down.

The AP Caption says as such, as well.
