The coaching business is a highly stressful one, no doubt about it. Don't believe me? Well consider this.

The following photo of Houston Nutt was taken circa 2003, as Nutt and his Razorbacks were in the midst of a 9-4 season that was ultimately punctuated with a win over Missouri in the Independence Bowl:

Now, let's fast-forward four years later.

Also, aside from four years of time, factor in two losing seasons, a late-season collapse, the Springdale melodrama, FOI Act filings, and only God knows what else, and here you have Houston Nutt as he appears today:

Tough job.

Throwing on third down when all you have to do is run out the clock??? THANK YOU!!! Got the one of the best ground games in the country and he THROWS! Wish we had picked it off.

I really don't think it was that bad of a call...

...so much as it was a bad decision by Dick. We were going to stop the run, so having your QB roll out and hope for man coverage against the receiver to get the first down and win the game might be a gutsy call, but it isn't a stupid one. Dick didn't have to throw. If it wasn't there, all he would have had to do was tuck the ball, get what he could, and make sure he stayed in bounds, and the net result is the same. It was just a bad decision to throw the ball by Dick.

Hee hee Meatloaf!

I was thinking this last year - he looks alot older - more wear and tear on his face.

We got a win, and I honestly think it was a mix of luck, attitude, and conditioning. Our team is GALVANIZED and I think we will be better after this close win. I honestly think this close win will help us down the road than if we had continued to blow Arkey out of the water.

...that Gameday is coming to ttown this weekend? i need to go through my stockpile of offensive signs to hold up behind corso's head if the crew's coming to town.

if he is going to send tape to the sec office due to the interference call on brown and the clock stoppage to measure the gain on brown's run to the 3 yd line, then saban will send tape of the no call on mccoy, the no call on offensive interfence on castille and the no facemask call when marcus carter's helmet came flyng off.
