NCAA to Monitor Oversigning

From the article: "The NCAA Division I Football Issues Committee agreed recently to continue monitoring a new rule designed to address the problem of oversigning football recruits." It goes on to state that a team may only have 28 LOIs. After they receive and accept 28 - that's it. No one else can commit. It's probably the closest thing to an Aubie Meltdown that we have right now and what makes it even sweeter is they are veiling their outright panic with confident claims of how everything is a smear campaign and will blow over soon. I've already wasted way too much time at work today looking at it.
