Bama 82, NC State 75

Despite a few heart attack inducing moments near the end of the game, the Tide advances to 10-1 by downing the NC State Wolfpack 82-75.  Bama led the entire game, building to a 23 point second half lead and never trailing, before surviving a late game rally by NC State.  Brandon Costner hit three 3-pointers in the final minute to cut the lead to 81-75, but the Tide came up with stops on the next two possessions and comes home with the win.

Players of the Game

Richard Hendrix: Hendrix was the biggest key to Alabama's victory, going double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds.  He was 9-13 on FGs and hit 5 of 6 FTs.

Ronald Steele: After missing two games and playing for less than five minutes against Southern Miss, seeing Steele contribute throughout the game was a heart warming thing for the Tide faithful.  Though he still didn't appear at full strength, he finished the game with 14 points and hit 4-6 three pointers.

Also contributing heavily were Mykal Riley with 17 points and 8 rebounds, Jermareo Davidson with 10 points and 6 rebounds, and Alonzo Gee with 10 points and 5 rebounds.
