There is still no time announced for kickoff, but the official Hawaii site has the Alabama game listed as PPV.
Considering that early September is usually hot and humid, I would imagine kickoff time will be 6:00 p.m. or later.

It occurred to me that it is still possible for the game to be on a regional broadcast (Lincoln Financial Sports...formery Jefferson-Pilot) and still be on PPV in Hawaii.
