Sports Illustrated released a special issue on Monday celebrating Alabama football. This can easily be translated as "Sports Illustrated released a special issue on Monday looking to make trainloads of money off of Alabama fans." That being said, I'm probably going to get suckered into buying one of the "limited" edition of 432,000 copies. The cover price is $6.99. The SupeStore on campus has stocked 10,000 copies.
To be fair, it does appear to have some interesting stuff in it. I want to see who their "All-Time Tide Team" consists of as well as reading the article "The Battle of Alabama: Choosing Sides in the Iron Bowl."
